Change product (Europe)

To return goods purchased through mpkartshop, please send an email to info@mpkart.it with your order number attached. To be valid, returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the order.

In Italy, returns cost €9.95 (including VAT). We will check the delivery point (Access Point) closest to the address you provided when placing your order (if the address is different, please specify this in the notes).

Orders sent to other countries will be charged shipping costs for both the return of the goods to us and the new shipment. The costs will be calculated and provided by email by our staff. In EU countries, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from the address provided at the time of ordering. For all non-EU countries, you are responsible for arranging collection.

If the goods we ship do not correspond to what was ordered or have been damaged during shipping, we will refund the costs, send a voucher of equal value, or exchange the goods at our expense.
