HOW TO ORDER
To make a purchase and / or supply order, you must be adult.
The procedure to place an order is as follows:
Insert the product in the appropriate cart; complete the order by completing a special order form (following the “order module”) which will appear automatically on the screen once you have chosen. The order form contains the indication of the characteristics of the products, their price, the methods and terms of payment and rates related to shipping costs; send the Order Form to M.P. Kart Srl.
Once the Order Form has been sent to M.P. Kart it will be sent a communication by e-mail containing the confirmation of the electronic registration of your order. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract will be concluded and the binding purchase order, subject in any case to the successful completion of the payment.
None of the information contained in our product sheet can be considered as offer; it is an invitation to offer and therefore we reserve the right to refuse the order.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices applicable to each sale are published together with each individual product in the product sheet in effect at the time of purchase. The prices will remain fixed and invariable up to a different website update.

WARRANTY
Each product is covered by warranty for defects according to the specific terms and conditions reported.
For all products used in the competition (engine components, connecting rods, pistons, cages, gears, chassis components, bearings … are just a few examples) once mounted the warranty is void automatically, as they are subject to artisanal assembly and extreme use (by nature of the term
COMPETITION).
Competition products are all products that are not clearly marked (description item) PRODUCT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
In the event that any product defects and / or defects are detected, it is required to report them within 8 days from discovery, prior to assembly / use, by written notice by mail to info@mpkartshop.it.
M.P. Kart also declines all responsibility for any changes to the features or packaging of the products from the manufacturer.
The photographs are indicative and, for technical reasons, could present the product in a non-mannered manner perfectly conforms to reality.
RETURNED GOODS
In order to return goods purchased through mpkartshop.com we ask you to send a e-mail to info@mpkartshop.it with all details: Order Number, mail used for the order.
The goods must be sent by you to our office (the address will be specified later) and the expenses will be charged to you.
If the goods have been damaged during shipment or present factory defects we will refund shipping costs after the goods will arrive in the store. If, on the other hand, there was an error during the purchase (size change, color change, item no longer required), a new shipment will be charged before the package leaves the store.
Our operators, after having contacted you, will provide you with all the directives to proceed with this payment (the amount varies depending on the destination). In the event that there has been an error on on our side in the shipped goods, both shipments (you → store; shop → you) will be on our load.
In case a product has to be returned for personal reasons (wrong size, no more needed, etc) a refound will be provided subtracting the cost of shipping from our store to the address you requested during the order and vice versa.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185/1999, one has the right to withdraw, without specifying any reason, from the contract of sale. Except in the cases of exclusion indicated below, the right can be exercised within a period of 14 solar days from receipt of the product, by written communication, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which shows the will to withdraw from the contract.

According to the Legislative Decree 185/99 the right of withdrawal is excluded for the contracts indicated in article 5, paragraph 3, with particular reference to those of supply of audiovisual products or computer software sealed, where the original packaging is open.
If you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to return the product at your own expense -intact, unused and in its original packaging (including packaging, manuals, etc.) – at our address indicated above, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (as attested by the date of the postal return stamp), with package insured carriage free. Unlike the right to withdrawal will not be considered applicable. In the event of a request to replace the product, we inform you that also the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
According to the art. 59 of the Consumer Code the right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of purchase of customized or processed products (ex. customized coveralls, prepared pistons / cylinders / carburettors / connecting rods etc.).
The right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of purchase products not in stock, as these products will be ordered by M.P. Kart at the supplier upon receipt of the order paid by the customer (ex. fireproof clothing, frames, complete engines, etc.).
In case of withdrawal, the amounts previously paid, excluding shipping costs and packaging cost, will be re-credited by bank transfer or online credit card system (Paypal, etc) within 30 days from date of notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to make the transfer
(Cod. ABI, CAB, Current account of the purchaser).
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions indicated above implies the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal.
