In order to return the goods purchased through mpkartshop we ask you to send an email to info@mpkart.it with you order number. To be valid, the return must be requested within 15 days from the package arrival.
Returns and Exchanges in Italy:
In order to return purchased goods, it is necessary to write to info@mpkartshop.it always indicating: a telephone, the order no. and the e-mail address used.
In case you require an exchange of goods (wrong size, etc.) will be charged a cost of € 5.90 (including vat) on the Italian territory, for the islands (in Italy) the service has a cost of € 7.90 (including vat)
It will be our care to book the pickup by a courier at the address you provided when ordering (if the address is different please specify it in the notes). MP Kart can also provide an Access Point address where the package should be left.
In the case of a return without exchange, it will be up to the customer to ship the products to our location.
Once the goods are in our possession, we will make a refund deducting the initial shipping and packaging costs.
In case the goods have been damaged during shipment or have factory defects we will send a courier to pick up the defective goods and deliver the new products.
In the event that there was an error on our part in the goods shipped, both shipments ( you→ store; store→ you ) will be at our expense.

In Europe:
MP Kart offers return and exchange service within the European community. All shipments required to finalize the service will be calculated according to the destination and volume of the package.
It will be the care of our staff to inform you how to proceed with any payments.
In the case of a complete return we will refund the value of the goods by deducting the initial shipping and packaging costs. We will take into account any service charge if it is included in your order.
Customers may use whichever method they prefer to send products for return or exchange in case their service charge is cheaper.
For all non-EU countries:
The return is completely the customer's responsibility, once the goods are received, MP Kart will issue a voucher equal to the value of the returned goods minus the initial shipping and packaging costs. The voucher is redeemable within 6 months of order receipt.

If the product/s we shipped does not match what was ordered or was damaged during shipping, we will refund the charges, send a voucher of equal value, or exchange the merchandise at our expense.
