CARBON SHELL

• Lightweight carbon shell, hand-laid and cured in an autoclave.
• Small shell: Sizes from 52-53 to 56, weight 1,090 g +/- 30 g
• Large shell: Sizes from 57 to 59+, weight 1,190 g +/- 30 g

CERTIFICATION

Helmet certified SNELL FIA CMR 2016.

Mandatory for use in karting competitions, both national and international, up to and including 15 years of age (i.e., until the completion of the 16th year of age). However, it remains usable by drivers above this age, as it is certified. In some highly professional international competitions, the use of CMR helmets for drivers over this age may not be permitted. It is therefore advisable to check with the organizer of the specific event.

16 VENTILATION CHANNELS ON THE SHELL

Optimal ventilation circulation is achieved through aerodynamic design and the 16 airflow channels in the EPS, providing ideal airflow for cold air intake and hot air expulsion.
In open air at 100 km/h, the helmet delivers 14 liters of fresh air per second.

3D VISOR WITH 3 MM INJECTED THICKNESS

Schuberth visors are injection-molded, eliminating typical distortion—a technology directly derived from F1 experience.
Equipped with Pinlock® 120 lens for optimal performance in low visibility and foggy conditions. Transparent tear-off pins installed.
A complete range of 12 different replacement visors is available for purchase, with various mirroring and multilayer color options.

VISOR LOCKING SYSTEM

The SDL (Schuberth Dual Locking) visor lock, reinforced and easy to open, is directly derived from F1 experience.
The visor always closes symmetrically and securely.
Offers options for full closure or intermediate opening.
