KG 8,5 L Fuel tank

The removable KG Karting tank with a capacity of 8.5 liters (Code: SER.003.SP) sets the standard for competition karts in both shifter (KZ) and single-speed (OK/125cc) categories. Made in Italy from high-density plastic, it is designed to withstand mechanical stress and the corrosive effects of racing fuel mixtures.

Key Features:

• Anti-sloshing double bottom: The special internal design keeps the fuel flow stable towards the pickup, eliminating fuel starvation even during lateral accelerations and aggressive cornering.
• Removable and universal design: Compatible with most chassis on the market, it attaches securely using a practical wingnut system that speeds up disassembly for emptying and cleaning operations.
• 125cc / KZ configuration: Equipped with the necessary fittings for proper circuit setup, including a flexible pickup and air vent.

Note for KZ engines: For shifter engines requiring a fuel pump return circuit, the tank can be easily customized by installing the original KG threaded brass fitting (Code: RC.121) on the top.
